Three Ghost Stories is a small collection of three stories written by Charles Dickens during 1861. The stories are The haunted house, The Trial for murder and The Signal Man. While the first story is narrated in two chapters, rest of them are short stories. " The Haunted House" is a story published in 1859 for the weekly periodical All the Year Round. It was "Conducted by Charles Dickens", with contributions from others. "The Signal-Man" is a short story by Charles Dickens, first published as part of the Mugby Junction collection in the 1866 Christmas edition of All the Year Round.
